Even with all the limelight on Windows 7, a company named Pystar has released a software application that will allow you to run OSX on your new windows-based pc. There are some hardware requirements to be met, and a $50 price tag for the software (you can try out a free trial version), but if you want to hop between two operating systems, check out Rebel EFI from Pystar.
